Creative Endeavor Forum at The Criterion Theatre

[THIS IS THE SAME EVENT THAT HAD BEEN SCHEDULED FOR THE JESUP MEMORIAL LIBRARY. DUE TO FLOODING AT THE LIBRARY WE HAVE HAD TO ADJUST THE LOCATION TO THE THEATRE - 35 COTTAGE ST, BAR HARBOR]

On Sunday, April 29th at 2 p.m. The 1932 Criterion Theatre and The Abbe Museum will co-host a community outreach forum.

The discussion will be held at the theatre (35 Cottage St, Bar Harbor) on the topic of both institutions’ roles as nonprofit organizations dedicated to nurturing the creative community of Mount Desert Island. “Our primary goals are to gauge people’s perspective, gather suggestions for how we can better serve the community, and engage folks on any big questions they have about why things run the way they do” said the Criterion’s Marketing Manager Zachary Taibi. Both organizations will give a brief presentation followed by a Q&A with attendees.

This event is held in conjunction with a similar forum hosted at the Southwest Harbor Public Library on Tuesday, May 22nd at 5:30 p.m.

If you have any questions please call the theatre at 207.288.0829 or email zachary@criteriontheatre.org.
